My last meal on a recent trip to France ended with this exquisite cheese course, including Camembert, Morbier, Chèvre, Tomme des Montagnes, Fromage Bleu. Ah, what a fabulous finish to a week’s vacation in my two favorite french cities — Paris and Montpellier. My brother-in-law, Thierry, bought these cheeses at his favorite neighborhood fromagerie in downtown Montpellier, just around the corner from his apartment. We savored tastes of each one with a variety of breads and of course, as with all cheese courses in France, a few sips of wine before dashing out the door for our train to Paris. Not easy to leave -- pas du tout!
